Equipping Leaders for Traffic Safety

YOVASO provides engaging and educational trainings to prepare youth and teens to lead effective peer-to-peer programs in their school and community. The trainings are designed to empower youth to influence a safe driving culture through leadership development and education about traffic safety issues among their age group. YOVASO offers a Leadership Development Training, Club Membership Training, and In-Person Trainings. For more information about each, read below.

Leadership Development Training

The Leadership Development Training introduces advanced leadership skills to YOVASO Peer Leaders. The training is designed to better equip them to lead effective peer-to-peer programs within their school and community. Be sure to download the Notes as a guide when leading the training.

Request an In-Person Training

To request an in-person training by a YOVASO staff member for the students in your club, click on the button below. In-person trainings are a great way to build and grow your club.

At this time, in-person trainings will be conducted virtually through Zoom.

Club Membership Training

The Club Membership Training is an educational tool for YOVASO club members designed to introduce them to YOVASO and the purpose of having a program at their school or youth group. Be sure to download the Notes below as a guide when leading the training.
